PORTFOLIO - COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Here are some of our Past Commercial Projects.

This 40’ X 140’ X 9’ steel barge was dry docked for bottom replacement in 2001. In February of 2002, the 220-ton barge was loaded onto steel skates and hydraulic dollies and launched into the Okeechobee Waterway for Maritime Tug and Barge of Stuart, Florida.

This new tugboat was built at a facility about a Quarter mile away from the water. The steel boat measuring 26’ wide and 58’ long at 76 tons was loaded on steel beams and dollies, spun 180 degrees, backed down the road and launched for Al Sanford of Titusville in 2000.

This office complex was on the site of a proposed office building. The structure, measuring overall 108’ wide and 120’ long at 250 tons, was relocated to the adjacent lot to make way for the new building for Lockheed-Martin Defense plant in Orlando, June, 1986. Security, power, and utilities were maintained throughout the relocation. Due to security at this facility, this is the only photograph that was allowed.

This office building was on the site of the proposed parking lot addition for Koster's  Market in Jupiter.  The structure, measuring overall 42’ wide and 56’ long at 245 tons,  constructed of concrete monolithic slab, concrete double-T walls, and concrete double-T roof, was moved across the street for Roland and Susan Koster in May of 1997.

This sales office building was on the site of the new sales office at Vic Osman Jeep-Eagle Dealership in Melbourne .  The structure, measuring overall 35’ wide and 60’ long at 215 tons, was relocated to the opposite side of the dealership for Vic Osman in April of 1993.

This new paddleboat was built in a warehouse with 8” of clearance above and below it. This fiberglass boat, measuring 26’ wide and 80’ long at 50 tons, was rolled out of the warehouse, raised 3’ to allow for the dollies, and moved 5 miles to a waterfront location. At that location, two large cranes lifted the boat off our steel and placed it in the water, Vero Beach, 1996.

This Landing Craft was dry docked on a barge for renovation and repairs. When the vessel was ready to be launched, the water level in the Okeechobee Waterway was so low that the barge was grounded. This steel structure, measuring 36’ wide and 147’ long at 272 tons was raised 4’ to accommodate the dollies, and moved to a second barge where the second barge could be sunk in order to launch the vessel, for Maritime Tug and Barge of Stuart.

This modular office building is one of two buildings in the way of new construction at the University of Central Florida. These two modular office building, each measuring 60’ wide and 84’ long at 120 tons, were moved to the opposite side of the campus during the Christmas break for Tripp Contracting of Winter Park, 2000.
