| This new tugboat was built at a facility about a Quarter mile away from the water. The steel boat measuring 26’ wide and 58’ long at 76 tons was loaded on steel beams and dollies, spun 180 degrees, backed down the road and launched for Al Sanford of Titusville in 2000. | |
